Cloverdale WeatherOne® CoverCoat Exterior Latex coatings are premium latex finishes you can use on stucco, masonry and primed wood.
WeatherOne® CoverCoat Exterior Latex coating is available in:
- Flat
- Satin
- Semi-Gloss
CoverCoat Satin and Semi Gloss Latex are premium quality acrylic exterior finishes and are ideal choices for aluminum and weathered vinyl siding. (Dark colors are not recommended on vinyl siding as heat absorption can cause the vinyl to ripple.)
0220 Series Flat Latex
WeatherOne® CoverCoat Exterior Flat Latex is a premium latex finish for use on stucco, masonry and primed wood. CoverCoat Flat Latex is ideal for masking the effects of uneven light on irregular surfaces such as concrete “tilt up” construction and all exterior textured substrates. This product provides a rich even finish with excellent concealing properties.
This product may also be applied to exterior metal and galvanized surfaces where proper surface preparation and primers will be required. CoverCoat Flat Latex can be applied when air temperatures are as low as 5°C (41°F). It is also approved by the Master Painter's Institute under category # 10, gloss level 1.
Recommended Uses
- For interior or exterior stucco, masonry, primed wood, metal, weathered vinyl or aluminum siding.
- Due to the very dark nature of 02007 factory-mixed black, it is not recommended for vinyl siding.
- New colors for vinyl siding must be lighter than the original color.
- Apply at temperatures above 5°C (41°F).
- A stain-blocking primer is strongly recommended for application to new cedar wood.
0201 Series Satin Latex
The Stain Latex is a premium quality 100% acrylic latex exterior finish for stucco, masonry, primed wood, exterior metal and galvanized surfaces where proper surface preparation and applicable primers are required. The Satin Latex product is excellent at hiding and is durable in a rich, low sheen finish.
